Step 1: Open the ‘Alexa App’
Open your ‘Alexa App’ on your smartphone or web.
On the Home screen, tap on the top left the side of the screen to open the Menu options.

Step 2: Go through the History by sorting it date wise

Step 3: Delete the History
You can delete any conversation from the history as per your wish. Select the Checkbox in the left of the recording you want to delete. Then go on the top and select the ‘Delete Selected Recordings’ to remove it from the list.
You can also delete the entire conversation history from the list. For doing that go on the top of ‘Review Voice History Menu’ and select ‘Delete All Recordings for All History.’ It will delete all the recordings immediately from the list.
Deleting History from the web
You can also delete the entire Amazon Alexa history from your computer without going to the Alexa app. Just go to Amazon’s ‘Manage Your Content and Device site,’ and click on the ‘Devices’ tab. Here you can find all the devices connected to this account. Select your Alexa device, and then select ‘Delete Voice Recording’ Option. A new window will pop up. Confirm on the ‘Delete’ option, and you will receive a message ‘Your deletion request was received.’
